Discover what to expect during your chiropractic journey and how we can support your wellness.
Welcome to Evergreen Health & Wellness
Chiropractic is a non-invasive, holistic approach to diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. Focused on hands-on techniques, chiropractic care has gained popularity due to its natural, drug-free methods and fewer side effects. Chiropractors are licensed healthcare providers trained to treat a variety of conditions, including back pain, headaches, and joint issues. They also specialize in improving occupational health and preventing workplace injuries. With advanced training in areas like orthopedics, neurology, and sports rehab, chiropractors offer quality, affordable care to promote overall well-being.

What to Expect in Services
Evergreen Health & Wellness Inc. is a family practice clinic dedicated to providing professional care for all ages. We focus on a drug-free approach to healthcare, addressing overall health and wellness rather than just symptoms. Our goal is to help patients return to an active, healthy lifestyle through chiropractic manual therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and patient education.
Initial Visit — Diagnosis
At Evergreen Health & Wellness, we welcome you as a member of our family from the moment you walk in. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient forms on a provided tablet. Be sure to bring any necessary documents, including recent office notes, diagnostic reports (X-ray, CT, MRI), and your insurance card.

1. The Consultation
After completing the forms, you’ll have a consultation with Dr. Li to discuss your health concerns. If you’re a good candidate for our care, we’ll proceed; otherwise, you may be referred for additional opinions or collaborative care with other medical professionals. No treatment will be done without your consent.
Following the consultation, a comprehensive chiropractic examination will be conducted, including reflex tests, range of motion assessments, and physical, postural, neurologic, and orthopedic evaluations. Dr. Li will discuss your findings and may recommend further tests or X-rays.
2.The Examination

Once all evaluations are complete, Dr. Li will present a detailed report of findings, including treatment recommendations and an analysis of your condition, outlining the best treatment plan for you.

4.The Treatment
After discussing your treatment options, we will begin your personalized care. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue treatments. You may start seeing improvements after the first treatment, depending on the severity of your condition.
Phase of care

Relief Care
Relief care aims to reduce pain, inflammation, and restore joint movement. Treatment focuses on quickly alleviating symptoms, with patients encouraged to stay active as long as it's safe. Typically, care is needed 2-3 times a week for 2-4 weeks, depending on the condition's severity.

Corrective Care (Rehabilitative care)
In the corrective phase of care, the focus is on addressing muscle and tissue issues causing chronic pain. This includes:
Correcting hip, gait, and foot problems
Improving flexibility, stability, balance, and coordination
Recovering from work-related muscle and joint injuries
Alleviating joint irritation and muscle tension
Enhancing the ability to perform daily activities
Care typically requires 4-8 visits per month for 3-6 months, depending on the patient's overall health and the severity of the condition.
Wellness care (Preventative care)
In the Wellness care phase, the focus is on maintaining long-term health, preventing injury, enhancing performance, and optimizing the body’s natural healing abilities. Patients are encouraged to schedule periodic chiropractic visits to stay well and prevent future problems.
